On April 7, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call regarding a burst pipe under a kitchen sink. Cabinets and walls were affected by the loss.
Our project manager Keiron Brown arrived onsite in under 90 minutes to assess the damages and provided the homeowner with a detailed scope of work. He also worked closely with the customer on filing a claim through her homeowner's insurance.
Once our trained technicians were dispatched they began removing the affected cabinets and disinfecting all areas with an antimicrobial spray. They then placed a dehumidifier, 2 fans, and other specialty drying equipment in the space to ensure proper drying in a short period of time.
