Project manager Dustin arrived at the property within 90 minutes to assess the damages prior to dispatching a crew of trained technicians to the site to begin work on the affected areas. Carpet, padding, baseboards, and drywall were removed prior to thoroughly cleaning the areas using an organic antimicrobial spray. 

Dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was left in the space for several days to ensure drying took place quickly and properly.

Our certified technicians arrived onsite and began working in the living room where they removed the ceiling that had been damaged.  On the second floor, they detached a washer and dryer before removing tile flooring that had been affected.  Once all damaged materials were removed and disposed of, all areas that had been affected were disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent future mold growth.  Several dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed in the spaces to ensure quick, proper drying took place.

On December 27, 2022 New Method Restoration was called to a property for a hot and cold water line burst in an upstairs bathroom.  Several rooms were affected, including a living room below on the first floor and the basement on the bottom level on the property.

 
Project manager Keiron Brown was quick to arrive at the property within 90 minutes of the call to assess the damages.  Keiron documented all findings with photos, notes, and presented the homeowner with a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done.  Keiron was also able to assist the owner with filing a homeowner's claim for the damages.
