On March 14, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call regarding a ruptured drainpipe that affected a bathroom and den below.
Project manager Keiron Brown arrived on site in under 90 minutes to inspect the damages and provided the homeowner with a detailed scope of work. He also assisted the customer with working with her homeowner's insurance to file a claim for the loss.
Once our trained technicians were dispatched they quickly got to work removing the damaged sheetrock and disinfected all affected areas with an antimicrobial spray. After all, debris was cleaned up, dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed in the areas to ensure proper drying took place.
