New Method received a call regarding an hvac condensate leak. Project manager Josh arrived onsite quickly to assess the damages and do an initial inspection prior to dispatching a crew of our trained technicians to begin the remediation work.

Sheetrock, insulation, carpet and padding, vinyl flooring and hardwood flooring that had been damaged were removed prior to sanitizing all affected areas with an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent future mold growth.

Fans, dehumidifiers and other speciality drying equipment was left in place to ensure quick, proper drying.
