New Method Restoration responded to a toilet flange leak which affected a bathroom and crawl space below. 

Project manager Dustin performed an initial inspection of the site prior to our trained technicians arriving to begin the remediation process.  Flooring in the bathroom and personal belongings affected by the leak were removed prior to sanitizing with an organic antimicrobial spray. 

Dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the spaces to ensure quick, proper drying
