New Method Restoration responded to a toilet leak on the second floor and kitchen below.
         
Project manager Keiron performed an initial inspection of the site prior to our trained technicians arriving to begin the remediation process.

            
Sheetrock, flooring, and cabinets affected by the leak were removed prior to sanitizing with an organic antimicrobial spray. Dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the spaces to ensure quick, proper drying.
