New Method restoration received a call regarding a water heater leak which affected flooring in a kitchen.

Project manager Kevin arrived on site quickly to do an initial inspection of the damages prior to dispatching a crew of our trained technicians to begin work on the affected area.

Bamboo flooring, trim, and sheetrock was removed prior to sanitizing all affected areas with an organic antimicrobial spray to ensure no future mold growth.

Dehumidifiers, fans, and other speciality drying equipment was placed throughout the space to ensure quick, proper drying.
