New Jersey Water Damage Restoration Specialists
Our WATER RESTORATION PROCESS
On May 29, 2022, New Method Restoration received a call regarding a sewage backup which affected a bathroom and basement, as well as a den and utility room.
Project manager Keiron Brown arrived onsite quickly to assess the damages that resulted from the backup.
He thoroughly inspected the site, documented all findings, and presented the homeowner with a detailed scope of work. Keiron also helped the customer with filing an insurance claim for the damages that resulted.
Our skilled technicians were dispatched and removed the affected sheetrock and insulation, removed baseboards in the den and bathroom, and removed carpeting.
The basement floor was steam cleaned and all affected areas were sanitized and disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray. All trash and debris were removed from the property and properly disposed of by our technicians.
Several fans, dehumidifiers, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout to ensure all affected areas dried quickly and properly.
