On December 26, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call for a frozen pipe burst in the ceiling of a commercial property. As a result of the burst pipe, there were damages throughout the entire location to all walls and flooring.
Project manager Cris Garczareck was dispatched to the location first to perform an initial inspection of the damages. He took photos, detailed notes, and presented the property owner with a clear scope of recommended work to be done to address all the damage that had occurred.
Our certified technicians arrived onsite quickly to begin their work. They moved any content throughout the entire location necessary to extract the standing water and removed any affected materials.
Once they were able to clear the water and debris from the spaces, an organic antimicrobial spray was used throughout to ensure everything was sanitized properly and no future mold growth would take place.
Several dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment were placed within the entire location to ensure everything dried quickly and properly.
