New Jersey Water Damage Restoration Specialists
Our WATER RESTORATION PROCESS
Manchester, NJ
On October 1, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call regarding a hot water line burst in a kitchen which also affected the adjoining garage.
Project Manager Adam Steig was onsite in under 90 to do a thorough inspection of the property and assessed all damages that occurred. He documented all findings with photos and a detailed report of the recommended scope of work to be done.
He was also able to assist the customer with filing a claim through their homeowners insurance for the damages.
Once our trained technicians arrived onsite they quickly began work in the kitchen where they detached the lower cabinets, removed the flooring that had been affected, and steam cleaned the area to properly sanitize.
They also used an organic antimicrobial spray to disinfect the areas that had been damaged by the leak. In the garage, our technicians removed any affected content and sanitized any area that had been affected.
Several dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the affected areas to ensure that we dried the spaces properly and as quickly as possible for the homeowner.
