Project Manager Keiron Brown was dispatched and arrived at the property 60 minutes later to assess the damages.
Keiron did a full inspection, wrote up a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done, documented all findings with photos, and presented all findings to the homeowner.
He then assisted the customer with filing a claim through their property insurance for the loss.
Our certified technicians arrived onsite quickly and began work removing the laminate flooring, baseboards, and affected drywall in all areas. In the bathroom they also set up plastic containment prior to detaching the vanity.
Once all affected material were removed from the spaces and discarded of properly, all areas were thoroughly disinfected using an organic antimicrobial spray.
Several dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the affected areas to ensure quick, proper drying took place.
