New Jersey Water Damage Restoration Specialists
Our WATER RESTORATION PROCESS
On June 2, 2022, New Method Restoration responded to a call regarding a leaking shower in a master bathroom which also affected a family room.
Project manager Armand Pallino arrived onsite quickly to assess the damages caused by this loss. He documented all findings and presented the homeowner with a clear scope of work to be done in the home. He was also able to assist the homeowner with the process of filing an insurance claim for the damages.
Our certified technicians arrived onsite and quickly began work in the master bathroom which included detaching a closet door, removing the affected sheetrock inside the bathroom closet, and removing the affected baseboards. They then moved to the family room where wet ceiling sheetrock and insulation was removed and disposed of. Once all affected materials were removed, all areas were sanitized and disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent any future issues. All trash and debris was removed from the property and disposed of by our technicians. Several dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment were placed to ensure the spaces were dried quickly and thoroughly.
