Perth Amboy Roof and Siding Leak | New Method Restoration

New Method Restoration received a call regarding water damage in a dining room due to a roof and siding leak.

Project manager Adam arrived onsite within 90 to do an initial inspection of the damages prior to dispatching our skilled technicians to begin remediation. 

Drywall that had been affected by the leak was removed and the area was disinfected using an organic antimicrobial spray.  A dehumidifier, several fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed in the space to ensure drying took place properly and quickly.

Water Line Burst | Water Restoration Services | New Method Restoration

On December 27, 2022 New Method Restoration was called to a property for a hot and cold water line burst in an upstairs bathroom.  Several rooms were affected, including a living room below on the first floor and the basement on the bottom level on the property.

 
Project manager Keiron Brown was quick to arrive at the property within 90 minutes of the call to assess the damages.  Keiron documented all findings with photos, notes, and presented the homeowner with a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done.  Keiron was also able to assist the owner with filing a homeowner's claim for the damages.
 
Once the initial inspection was completed, our skilled technicians arrived to begin their work.  They removed wood and laminate flooring from the affected areas.  They also removed walls and ceilings that had been affected by the pipe burst.  Any water that was standing in the basement on the carpet was extracted and any carpeting that could not be salvaged was removed and disposed of offsite.  Once all affected materials were removed and discarded, all areas were sanitized with an organic antimicrobial spray to ensure no future mold growth would take place.  Several dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other specialty drying equipment were placed on each floor of the home to ensure that we dried all areas properly and quickly.

 On January 22, 2023 New Method Restoration received a call regarding a toilet leak down into a basement family room.

Toilet and shower overflow in a finished basement | Water Damage Repair | East Brunswick NJ

East Brunswick, New Jersey

On August 9, 2022, New Method Restoration received a call regarding a toilet and shower overflow in a finished basement which affected not only the bathroom but also 2 additional bedrooms and a hallway in the immediate area.

Project manager Cris Garczareck arrived onsite in under 90 minutes to assess the damages that resulted from the loss. 

He documented all findings with photos and notes before presenting the homeowner with a clear scope of recommended work.  He was then able to assist the owner with filing a claim through homeowners’ insurance for the loss.

Our trained technicians arrived onsite and began moving all content in the affected areas.  They then proceeded to make 2-foot flood cuts in the bedrooms and bathroom, removing any drywall that had been affected by the overflow.

Attic Water Damage - Brick NJ

On June 2, 2022, New Method Restoration responded to a call regarding an air conditioner leak in an attic which affected the living room ceiling below.

Project manager Armand Pallino arrived onsite quickly to assess the damages.  He thoroughly inspected the site, documented all findings, and presented the homeowner with a clear scope of recommended work to be done. Armand was also of assistance to the property owner during the process of filing an insurance claim for the loss.

Our skilled technicians arrived at the property and began working in the attic, moving any content prior to removing affected insulation.  The attic was then sanitized and disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray. 

When work was completed in attic space, the technicians moved into the living room where they removed any content that was in the space. 

They then set up containment in the area to avoid contaminating other areas of the home.  Crown molding was detached, sheetrock was removed, and affected insulation was disposed of.  The space was then sanitized and disinfected with our antimicrobial spray prior to setting up several dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment.

Leaking Shower Water Damage Restoration - Hillsborough NJ

On June 2, 2022, New Method Restoration responded to a call regarding a leaking shower in a master bathroom which also affected a family room.

Project manager Armand Pallino arrived onsite quickly to assess the damages caused by this loss.  He documented all findings and presented the homeowner with a clear scope of work to be done in the home.  He was also able to assist the homeowner with the process of filing an insurance claim for the damages.

Our certified technicians arrived onsite and quickly began work in the master bathroom which included detaching a closet door, removing the affected sheetrock inside the bathroom closet, and removing the affected baseboards.  They then moved to the family room where wet ceiling sheetrock and insulation was removed and disposed of.  Once all affected materials were removed, all areas were sanitized and disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent any future issues.  All trash and debris was removed from the property and disposed of by our technicians.  Several dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment were placed to ensure the spaces were dried quickly and thoroughly.
