New Jersey Water Damage Restoration Specialists
Our WATER RESTORATION PROCESS
On June 13, 2022, New Method Restoration responded to a call regarding a sewage backup due to a clogged drain on the premises. Concrete flooring in the garage and a crawl space were affected by the loss.
Project manager Keiron Brown arrived onsite in less than 90 minutes to assess the damages.
He documented all findings and presented the property owner with a clear scope of work. He was also of assistance to the homeowner during the process of filing an insurance claim for the damages.
Our trained technicians arrived quickly and began extracting all standing sewage from the affected areas. They then steam cleaned the areas before sanitizing and disinfecting with an organic antimicrobial spray.
All trash and debris was promptly removed from site and disposed of properly. Dehumidifiers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was left in place to ensure quick, proper drying of the affected areas.
