On August 9, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call regarding an air conditioner condensate pump leak which affected sheetrock, insulation, and linoleum flooring.
Project manager Adam Steig was dispatched to the property and arrived in under 90 minutes to assess the damages that resulted from the leak.
Adam took photos, wrote detailed notes, and presented the property owner with a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done in the space. Adam was also able to assist the owner with filing a claim through their homeowner's insurance.
Our skilled technicians were quickly dispatched and arrived onsite to begin the necessary work. They began removing baseboards, sheetrock and insulation from the walls, and vinyl flooring. Once all affected materials were removed and disposed of properly, all areas were disinfected with an antimicrobial spray. All trash and debris was removed, several dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the space to ensure fast, proper drying.
