Our WATER RESTORATION PROCESS
Waretown, New Jersey
On August 9, 2022, New Method Restoration responded to a call regarding a toilet overflow due to a clogged drain. Drywall, a vanity, and linoleum flooring were all affected by the overflow.
Project manager Keiron Brown was dispatched out to the site, arrived in under 90 minutes, and immediately began a thorough inspection of the property.
He documented all findings with photos and notes prior to presenting the owner with a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done. Keiron was also able to assist the property owner with filing a homeowner's insurance claim for the damages.
Our certified professionals arrived onsite and got to work removing the affected vanity prior to making 2-foot flood cuts on the affected drywall. They then continued work by removing all the linoleum flooring in the area that had been damaged. Once all affected materials were removed and disposed of properly, all areas were disinfected with an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent any future mold growth.
Several dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and other specialty drying equipment was placed throughout the space to ensure fast, proper drying took place.
