On December 26, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call for a frozen pipe burst in the ceiling of a commercial property.  As a result of the burst pipe, there were damages throughout the entire location to all walls and flooring.

On January 2, 2023 New Method Restoration received a call regarding a frozen pipe burst affecting a kitchen and basement below.

On October 2, 2022 New Method Restoration received a call regarding an ice maker line leak which affected the kitchen, living room, and a crawl space below.

Project Manager Adam Steig was dispatched and arrived onsite within 90 minutes to assess the damages that had occurred as a result of the leak. 

Adam documented all findings, took photos, and presented the property owner with a clear, detailed scope of recommended work to be done.  He was also able to assist the owner with filing a claim through their insurance provider for the damages.

Shortly after, our certified professionals arrived onsite and began work to remediate the damage caused by the leaking roof.  Prior to beginning any work, containment was set up and secured to ensure there was little contamination to other areas of the home.  They then removed the entire drywall ceiling as well as any insulation in the space which had been damaged.  After all affected materials were removed and discarded, the entire area was sanitized using an organic antimicrobial spray to prevent any possible future mold growth.
